For those mailing payment, final registration instructions will follow by email. All payments and postmarks must be dated within the appropriate pricing tier listed on Home page, however, payments postmarked within 10 days of the seminar must be at Final Registraion rate.
Cancellations must be requested no less than 48 hours before the seminar in order to receive a refund. Substitutions are not allowed, as registered party may request a timely cancellation and new attendee may register.
Your paid registration certifies you qualify as one of the following:
1. Employed by an insurer registered with Florida’s Department of Financial Services
2. SIU agents who are registered with Florida’s Department of Financial Services
3. Defense attorneys who do not represent plaintiffs in PIP, Medical Payments, property and/or Bad Faith claims and who are employed in law firms where no attorney represents plaintiffs in PIP, Medical Payments, property and/or Bad Faith claims.

Multi-Person Seminar Registration
The registration portal allows for multiple entries (those using one payment to register multiple people). Only one payment receipt will be sent (to the orderer) and that receipt can be forwarded to each registrant in that order as proof of registration.
Please note that a GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID will be required for entrance into the seminar.
